Nick was fantastic. The quote was fair and he did an awesome job. He was kind and put the whole refrigerator back together. My husband had pulled out our built in to stop a leak and Nick replaced the ice maker and fixed a valve that was leaking. We had a different issue with the fridge that I had texted Nick about and he was able to trouble shoot and I was able to fix it myself. He was very helpful l. I appreciate his kindness and honesty. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Good tech appliance was sent out by my property management company. They quickly replaced the ignitor to my oven and got me back to baking in no time. They were very professional, very respectful and were willing to work around my busy schedule. I would recommend absolutely recommend them and would use them again

Woooow all I can truly say, is WOW ! I had an issue with my Whirlpool Electrical Glass stove top My sensors were stuck and my range stated the glass was hot. The hot glass surface indicator was on, and my burners were burning way too high even when the unit was not in use the heat glass indicator light stood on .Good Tech appliance services were dispatched to my residence today. In a matter of less than 20 minutes, my issue was diagnosed and repaired under an hour. The technician that arrived fixed every issue my unit had I am so very grateful for the timely response. They provided me adequate communication and friendly professional prompt service that was beyond amazing. I will definitely recommend Good appliance services to all my friends and family that reside in my current state. Thankful for Good Tech Appliance Services!!
We noticed the temperature of our fridge/freezer quickly dropping the Monday before Thanksgiving. I called 4 companies, including the company we normally use and no one could come out until after Thanksgiving. This was a huge problem as I was supposed to be hosting Thanksgiving. As a last ditch effort I decided to call one more company hoping someone could come out sooner. I called Good Tech Appliance services and spoke with Nick, the owner. He was friendly, professional and extremely responsive. The best part was that he would be able to do a service call that same day!! Upon Nick’s arrival he was able to troubleshoot and figure out the problem. Not only was he able to figure out the problem, he was able to fix it because he already had the part with him!!! My best hope for the service call was to get the part ordered and hopefully get it by Wednesday at the latest. That’s what has always happened in the past with appliance repairs. I was beyond surprised and relieved to have it fixed that same night!! It was my Thanksgiving miracle! By far the best experience we’ve had with any appliance company we’ve used previously. I highly recommend Good Tech Appliances and plan on using them for future needs. Thank you again Nick!!!!
